Thundercat – Show You The Way (Review & Stream)

Thundercat is set to release a new album called ‘DRUNK’, and I’m sure it is going to be full of some grade A f–kery!

Before I start this review, lemme get this out the way: Yes this is the guy from ‘These Walls’ by Kendrick Lamar.. Now lets move on.

This track is as smooth as a song is going to get in Trumps America right now! The song kinda sorta sounds like a joke, as it comes across as a cheesy introduction to a 1970’s R&B groups concert. Each singer has their own unique style, combined with some very vintage melodies.

This song would’ve been some s–t I wasn’t used to listening to if Childish Gambino didn’t release that funky ass album.

 OVERALL RATING (4.5/5)
