Rick Ross – Dead Presidents (Ft. Future, Young Jeezy & Yo Gotti) (Review & Stream)

img_7420Rick Ross is definitely trying to channel his ‘Port of Miami’ days.

I like Rozay’s flow on this track, even though it is a very throwback sound for him. These type of beats are literally his type of beats, so he sounds super comfortable on it.

I hate the chorus on this song! Gotti is pointless on it, and Jeezy sounds so damn useless!

Future does give the song a pulse, as he gives you anti-Hendrix on the track. He is probably the most modern sounding dude on this track.

Jeezy’s verse is good, but not great. He’s never been this super animated dude, so on this explosive beat he sounds ‘meh’.

This is a vintage Rozay song that sounds like everything else on the album….
