Rapsody – Pay Up (Review & Stream)

Rapsody is prepping to release her second album ‘Laila’s Wisdom’, and this is the second single from it.

Everyone knows Rapsody was on ‘To Pimp A Butterfly’, so for her to drop a song that sounds like it could be on that album doesn’t surprise me. Over the colorful beat, Rapsody raps her always impressive bars, but is pretty much surrounded by zaniness. I personally like the sound of the track, but I can definitely see how someone can have some complaints about it.
