Mase is really bad at publicity stunts.
As most of you know by now, Mase released a diss track towards Cam’ron two weeks ago, and for many of us, it came out of nowhere — Today, it makes a lot more sense now. But I’m not in the business of trying to understand what a grown man’s thought process is, so i’m just going to rate the song without calling him an opportunist.
‘Rap Rushmore’ has Mase rapping over this old school rap beat, picking up where he left off in ‘The Oracle’. His bars are alright, but I think it’s his cockiness that is still top notch.
Puff and DJ Khaled play Mase’s hype man on this song, showing him lots of fake love throughout the track.
I literally spit out my coffee seeing Puff, Khaled, and Mase on a Mt. Rushmore.
