If you look past their goofy personas, occasional pop records & gimmicky videos, Black Eyed Peas has shown they are down for the cause, and have no problem proving that in their music. On ‘”Street Livin’,” the legendary group tackles the issue of black lives mattering this time around, talking about how the system was created to bring the people in the hood down. It’s a numbing track, and one that might catch their fairweather fans off guard a bit.
