Jorja Smith is looking to release her debut album really soon, and “February 3rd” is one of the first singles off of it.
This song has some very interesting vibes attached to it: In one sense, it has a very nice rhythm attached to it, but in another, Jorja sounds like she’s hurting on it, talking about the stains on her heart that emerged due to some cornball she was dealing with that is not able to stop with the petty games. Nonetheless, the UK singer does something she always does well on this track — make you feel something from start to finish.
This song is absolutely beautiful!
