Has there ever been a song called “Maria” that has been bad? Anyway, in Christina’s version, she gives us something super passionately, screaming her lungs out over this epic instrumental by Kanye West. I love the underdog in the track, the emotion and the constant mentioning of this woman named Maria.

Something about a wet haired white woman screams out underdog.
