Lets be honest: Lil Kim hasn’t had a hit since “Lighters Up.” Since then, she’s dabbled in a few different sounds, and they have all fallen flat on their faces. With that being said, why not try to emulate “Lighters Up” success, right? She kinda did that here with “Nasty One,” giving us this islandy tune that has her doing two things really well: Sounding like a Rasta and bragging on her vagina. Enjoy the song for its vibes, and ignore the content for its horny-ness.

Lil Kim has to let that whole sick ass persona go.
