The Acorns – Krush (Review & Stream)

The Acorns remind us that Cupid has a shot that’s better than Steph Currys in “Krush.”

The Acorns are an alternative rap group from Washington DC/Blacksburg, VA, that has this refreshing love for hip hop music. In their latest release, Mad Squirrel, the lead artist of the group, was able to put together this smooth new cut that serves as a dedication track to this special individual that has stolen his heart. The production attached to the song is as smooth as it gets, the hook that Squirrel was able to deliver is catchy, and our hero’s bars show great vulnerability, touchiness and spirit.

I’m not going to lie, I’ma sucka for rap love songs like this.
