24hrs And YG Get Super Protective of Their Women On “Don’t Mess” (Review & Stream)

The two dudes on the artwork to this single look more like Royce Da 5’9 and Skate from Streets Of Rage.

Never in my lifetime did I think Nivea’s “Don’t Mess With My Man” will be revamped. Anyway, on “Don’t Mess,” 24hrs lets it be known that his chick is off limits, providing us with this melody-heavy/low-key rugged verse and hook. Matter of fact, I can say that I was slightly intimidated by his pushy words.

YG has the last verse on this song, and much like he always does on R&B records, adds grit to something that really needs it. Not only does he challenge listeners to shoot their shot at his girl, but he also threatens to shoot a shot at you if you do. I can do without his sub-par singing in the beginning, but definitely f**k with the rest of his verse.

I wanna know if this song is OK to bump out of your car.
