I questioned Logic’s pen skills before, and I’m eating crow now.

I’ve always thought Logic reminded me of an old school rapper, so why not feed him an old school beat and see what he does with it, right? In “YSIV Freestyle,” he gets a chance, and quite honestly, he slays, showcasing his ability to send out lyrical body blows and fiddle with outstanding wordplay over Method Man’s classic “Bring The Pain” beat. Our hero holds absolutely nothing back for the two minutes and twenty three seconds of this song, which probably means he could’ve held his own on the Wu Tang Clan’s crew back in the day.

Logic is the real deal, guys.
