Daniel Caesar is considered R&B royalty these days, and rightfully so, he’s been dropping some really good music as of late. With “Who Hurt You,” he looks to keep the good times rolling, as he gifts us with this raunchy yet gentle slow jam that has him spilling out his guts about a stripper he met at Follies in Atlanta that stole his heart. I love how he flexes his vocal skills on this joint, never showing fear of displaying his deep/sacred feelings throughout.
To fully enjoy this song, you need at least one bottle of wine and some Scandal playing in the background.
