Rapsody & J. Cole Join Forces For The 9th Wonder Produced “Sojourner”

SOJOURNER

J. Cole & Rapsody

OVERALL RATING (?????)

Giving a 9th Wonder beat to both J. Cole and Rapsody is like giving a fat kid cake to eat.

Do you know what I love about “Sojourner?” Both Rapsody and J. Cole sound gassed up, fed up, competitive,  focused, and woke on the song. They also sound like rap professionals that know how to whip beats, create infectious melodies, and dish out clever punchlines. S**t, as a major rap fan, I loved every second of “Sojourner!”

Believe it or not, I think Rapsody trumped Cole on this song… They both put up  A+ verses, though.
