Aw s**t, what the hell does “Startender” mean?
A Boogie Wit Da Hoodie hasn’t had the best 2018, but based off this song, it looks like he wants to close the year off with a bang. On “Startender,” his latest single, him, Offset and Tyga were able to give us this exhilarating banger that features a solid melody (Kudos to A Boogie), tongue-twisting raps (Kudos to Offset), and appealing bars (Kudos to Tyga). The combination makes for something special, especially when you add the amped up instrumental that each dude raps over into the fray.
Next time I’m in New York, I’m looking for a startender to hook me up with a vodka and some Donald Duck orange juice.
