H.E.R. Enlists Tone Stith For “We Could’ve Been” (Review & Stream)

The name ‘Tone Stith’ sounds like the third option on an underground rap group.

These last couple of months, “We Could’ve Been” has been tackled by a bunch of premier R&B acts. The latest to take their shot at transforming it is Tone Stith. In his remix, he gives the world his own rendezvous tale in which he discusses the many things that crosses his mind when he’s away from the girl that stole his heart. On the real, I feel the passion he shows on his verse, as he bounces off the walls vocally, literally coming across like a n***a in a padded room. Yikes, pull yourself together, bro!

“Could’ve Been” is a the “Boo’d Up” of 2019.
