blackbear is looking to release an album really soon.
blackbear is hella talented; I’ve said it before, and I’ll say it again. In his first two singles off of his new “Anonymous” album, he’s shown off both a hip-hop and pop side, sounding comfortable in both. In his latest single, “Swear To God,” the Florida singer gives the world a glimpse of his rock side.
“Swear To God” features this exhilarating instrumental that has an urgent vibe to it. Over this instrumental, blackbear pours his hear out, talking about depression that was caused by presumably heartbreak. While his voice is primarily complaint-sounding, I do think he shows off this passionate sound singing-wise that is truly engaging.
blackbear reminds me of a crackhead that happens to know how to sing.
