Lil West has ‘Lil’ in his name just like everyone else, however, I think he has an ear for music that is out-of-this-worldly. In “Vex Part 1,” the Delaware rapper exceeds expectations, gifting us with a short, but sweet project that has him doing everything from dropping infectious melodies to delivering trill anthems. Trust me on this one, this EP is worth a listen!
