Russ Releases The Summery “Civil War”

Russ had a layover in Jamaica after returning from Nigeria.

Since releasing his last album, Russ has been pretty loose with his singles. In “AIN’T GOIN BACK,” he was on his braggadocios s**t, while in “All I Want,” he dabbled in some Afrobeat s**t. Today, the NJ native decided to release “Civil War” — A summertime hit that is just as club-ready as it is sultry. Not only does it feature a vibrant instrumental, but it also has Russ rapping hard and singing soulfully. I f**k with the track heavy for its vibes, and can definitely see it getting major burn in the clubs as soon as this weekend.

Oh s**t, Russ is going after a black girl on this joint! Someone tell him that once you go black, you don’t go back!
