Wale Drops The Smooth “Daylight”

Sometimes the best songs are the ones that AREN’T on an album.

When it comes to simply opening up on records, Wale is one of the greatest of all time. In his music, not only does he piece his complicated thoughts together masterfully, but he also knows how to utilize complex flows, word-play and punchlines to convey his messages. More than anything, “Daylight” shows off the DMV native’s unique ability to spit, resulting in one of the smoothest yet toughest rap songs I’ve heard in a while.

Wale is nice when he isn’t pressing.
