Drake Spits Hard In “Omertà”

I guess a NBA championship is what makes Drake rap harder.

On Thursday, the Toronto Raptors won a NBA championship. Besides Kawhi and Kyle Lowry, Drake was the one you saw in the middle of the action the most. Well, for the first time since then (which is like a day), the self-proclaimed 6 God has gotten back to his true calling, dropping two tough ass tracks in “Money In The Grave” and “Omertà;” below, I’ll be talking about the latter.

“Omertà” is trill as f**k! It features a cold ass instrumental and nothing but raw bars by Drake in which he outlines his luxurious lifestyle and cold-hearted demeanor. Though you don’t get much singing from the Toronto native on the song, you do get plenty of punchlines, timeless flows and serious quotables. It’s almost like winning a championship turned Drake into the second-coming of Biggie (He even flows like him on the song).

Congratulations to the Toronto Raptors! #wethenorth …
