If I was a rapper, I would move like Russ does.
You know what I love about Russ? He brags his ass off when he raps, but on some real s**t, nobody puts in as much work as he does when he creates music (The n***a writes, produces and engineers his own s**t). So when the Atlanta rapper wants to make songs like “ON 10” — a track that features tons of gloating — I have no problem with it.
“ON 10” is smooth, featuring an instrumental that is as calm as Joe Dumars. Over this instrumental, Russ sings timidly, while featured guest Rexx Life Raj raps pretty grungily. In my opinion, the combination of the three sounds makes for a very dynamic listen.
