.M.E.N.A.C.E. & Trill Spit Serious Bars On “Scriptures”

SCRIPTURES

OVERALL RATING (?????)

“Scriptures” is off of .M.E.N.A.C.E.’s “Numb” album.

In these trying times, the only thing that can save the day is tough-ass bars. .M.E.N.A.C.E. & Trill are two rappers that are more than capable of spitting tough-ass bars in their music.

“Scriptures” sounds sacred, menacing (no pun attended), and hella explosive. As soon as you press play on the song, you are greeted to a beat that sounds so heinous, I wouldn’t be surprised if someone told me that it was charged with attempted murder. Over the beat, you get competitive, vicious, violent, and hood-certified bars by both .M.E.N.A.C.E. & Trill. While the two rappers gift us with deliveries that are beyond ferocious, I love the way the former makes his bars stick out by sounding animated, and how the latter spews out his bars utilizing a relentless flow.

Make sure you listen to “Scriptures” at the top of the page. Also, check out .M.E.N.A.C.E.’s Numb album HERE!
