These days, it’s rare to find an MC that understands how to successfully incorporate old school rap into their music. Kyd Money, a rapper that hails from Los Angeles, California, is someone that is more than capable of doing just that. On his new single, “Kyd Money,” he transforms a Dr. Dre and Snoop classic into some s**t that even generation Z’ers can f**k with.
“Kyd Money” is powered by this revamped version of Dr. Dre’s “Still D.R.E.” beat. Over it, Kyd Money spits ferocious bars about his come up, turning chicks out, getting money, killing competition, and dropping heat in the booth. If you are a fan of hip-hop and/or catchy hooks and relentless flows, there is no way in hell that you won’t f**k with this song.
