ANGEL CRY

G-Eazy & Devon Baldwin

OVERALL RATING (????????)

G-Eazy sounds like he’s ready to change his savage ways on “Angel Cry.”

Earlier today, G-Eazy dropped a banger with Jack Harlow and Zaytoven called “Moana.” His second single of the day, “Angel Cry,” is more on the riveting side. “Angel Cry” is powered by both a compelling beat and a vocal performance by Devon Baldwin that is hella emotional. As for G-Eazy, on the song, he hits us with passionate bars about the struggles superstars like himself have to deal with when it comes to dating. Personally, I love how the Bay Area native comes across like a bad boy that’s looking to change his toxic ways on the song. Friends of Halsey, don’t show her this song. (It oozes of “Him & I” vibes)
