YNW Melly Lets It All Hang Out On “Disturbia”

DISTURBIA

YNW Melly

OVERALL RATING (??)

YNW Melly is the best rapper-singer in the game.

YNW Melly has serious talent. While he doesn’t necessarily impress me lyrically, I do think he harmonizes effectively and creates melodies that are infectious. On “Disturbia,” his latest single, the Florida native does everything he does well.

Though “Disturbia” is all over the place lyrically, I do think YNW Melly gifts us with a singing performance on the song that is absolutely fearless. Not only does he hit us with different types of vocals, but he also tries to convince the world that his heart is bleeding over this chick that he deems as irreplaceable.

As good as YNW Melly is, I prefer that he stays in jail.
