G-Eazy has morphed into a hippie.
These last couple of weeks, I’ve been killing G-Eazy on this site. While I applaud him for experimenting with a bunch of different sounds, at the end of the day, I haven’t liked anything he has released recently. Today, G-Eazy decided to release “Stan By Me” — a bubbly song that I would only enjoy if I was high.
All jokes aside, “Stan By Me” is not that bad… The song features a pretty smooth beat and a vocal performance by G-Eazy that is pretty infectious. As for lyrically, I’m not sure I f**k with Eazy coming across like a dude that gets friend-zoned fast as s**t.
I feel like G-Eazy hasn’t been the same since he got denied by Megan Thee Stallion.
