Don’t sleep on Russ’ rapping skills.

I don’t understand why Russ gets hated on so much. Not only is he showing the world how to bet on yourself, but he is also a fantastic singer/rapper. With that being said, if you are someone that can’t get past Russ’ cocky ways, “Live From The Villa” will make you hate him even more.

“Live From The Villa” is one of the hardest rap joints to drop this year. For starters, the song features a beat that is both hard-hitting and soulful (That is always a formula for some hard s**t). Over it, Russ goes after both his naysayers and his competition utilizing a style of rapping that is colder than Andrei from 90 Day Fiancé. He also lets the world know what motivates him and the pressure he feels to succeed in the song.

Let’s be real: You hate Russ because he’s a white rapper that always tries to expose black rappers. It’s a bit annoying to listen to, but at the end of the day, he makes great music.
