Lupe Fiasco was my favorite rapper over ten years ago. In my opinion, he was great at making wisdom-filled/authentic music back then. Today, Lupe decided to release a new EP called “HOUSE” that has him sounding like his old self.
HOUSE features beats that are soothing and raps that will go over your head. Throughout the album, Lupe reminds the world that he’s one of the smartest individuals on this planet by dropping verses that contain amazing wordplay, complex flows, and punchlines that are way too clever to ignore. He also finds a way to pay homage to the black community in a variety of ways.
