“Frustrated” is off Holiday’s “Vacayomo” album.
Holiday is the next great R&B act. Not only can he sing his ass off, but he also knows how to keep s**t 100 lyrically. On his latest album, Vacayomo, Holiday hits us with ten unadulterated/authentic/infectious R&B jams. One of my favorite jams on the album is “Frustrated.”
Don’t you hate a chick that blows your high, has you in your feelings and makes you want to go back to your scumbag ways? I know for sure that Holiday and Soundbynight do. On “Frustrated,” the two musicians bluntly let their respective chicks know that they like/don’t like the fact that they are making them go through the motions in all kinds of way. What I love about the song is that it features melodies that are beyond intoxicating, vibes that will soothe your mind, and lyrics that you will be able to relate to (We’ve all been in sticky situationships before, right?).
