Leslie Austin is a musician that I root for. Not only do I love her deep, expressive vocals, but I also love the passion that she shows in her music. On Leslie’s latest single, “Burned,” she absolutely shines!
In “Burned,” Leslie Austin talks about a story of love with who she thought was her soulmate. He could not stay faithful to her, causing the relationship to end. What I love is that you can hear both pain and relief in Leslie’s voice throughout the song. I also love that the song boasts retro, edgy, and rugged vibes.
Leslie Austin is a very special artist.
