Rich The Kid has had his foot on the gas these last couple of months.
On the low, Rich The Kid is one of hip-hop’s hardest workers. In the last two years, he has dropped solo projects, joint projects, and a bunch of singles. Today, Rich decided to release “Split,” a brand new banger that indicates that he’s bringing his hard-working ways into 2021.
I don’t love “Split,” but I also don’t hate it… While I f**k with the song’s sly trap beat and big boy lyrics, I feel like the melodies that Rich hits us with sound off (They sound like melodies that Shy Glizzy would use).
Man, Rich is always an inch away from making the perfect song, right?
