Justin Abosor lets us into his unconventional world once again in “Trust In Justin.”
5. CHUGGA CHUGGA
Who would’ve thunk that I would love a song about trains…
“Chugga Chugga” is one of those songs that I am afraid to say that I like. While I find it hard to be on board with Justin’s lyrics about onboarding people onto a train (Do you see what I tried to do there?), I admit, I absolutely love how catchy and effortlessly gangsta the song sounds.
4. BEDBUGS BITE
You get ferocious, heinous, boisterous, and amped-up versions of Justin, fled, MGNTA, and sinspunk on the very explosive “Bedbugs Bite.”
While I definitely f**k with the raps that every single person featured on “Bedbugs Bite” puts up, I admit, I love the song’s dirty nature (I would love to listen to the song in a violent moshpit).
Don’t sleep, Bedbugs are very ferocious insects (They will chew through anything).
3. GOOD NIGHT, SLEEP TIGHT
Justin talks about his fractured soul in “Good Night, Sleep Tight.”
Here’s the thing: I don’t love “Good Night, Sleep Tight” from a musical standpoint, but I do think that the song is pretty f**king deep. Throughout the song, Justin lets the world know that he is on the verge of giving up on himself. Personally, I find it amazing how Justin vividly describes every single sentiment that has made him hit rock bottom. I also find it ironic how Justin sounds somewhat gleeful on the song, but the words that come out of his mouth are as depressing as it gets.
2. BLAME GAME
“Blame Game” features a hodgepodge of genres, sound effects, rap flows, and romantic lyrics.
“Blame Game” is one of the most entertaining messes known to man. In the song, Justin talks about having a night that was so good, he couldn’t remember how good it was the next day (Man, I’ve been there before). As for Junior Hi, in his verse, he talks about having quite the romantic connection with someone that he’s only known for a little while. When you combine the two artists’ contributions, you end up with a relatable song that features a nice tempo, futuristic vibes, and deceivingly-good melodies.
1. HIGH ON HIGHLIGHTERS
In “High On Highlighters,” Justin lets us know exactly how he feels when his nose gets to have a date with a highlighter.
“High On Highlighters” is a grungy banger that features a pretty hard beat, catchy rap flows, and lyrics that every individual that sniffs magic markers, highlighters, or glue can relate to.
Is there a such thing as a highlighter dealer? If so, can you do time for selling highlighters to a drug fiend?

I’ll start off by saying this: Justin Abosor’s music isn’t my cup of tea. That might be because I am a little too old for it, or maybe because I have a bland imagination; whatever the case may be, I don’t think any of the songs that he makes is flat-out bad. With that being said, on Trust In Justin, Justin does a great job of toying with a myriad of vibes, a myriad of sound effects, a myriad of genres, a myriad of flows, and a myriad of topics. He also very uniquely blends cartoonish themes with truly powerful lyrics. All in all, if you are in the mood for going on a musical rollercoaster ride like no other, I recommend that you listen to the album.
