Hi Love Glows Over Someone That Gets Her In “Queen & Slim”

Hi Love

??? ?????? (??????????)

“Queen & Slim” is easily one of the most dynamic, timeless-sounding, and romantic songs that you would hear today.

If you haven’t heard of Hi Love, I feel for you, because she is truly an amazing singer/songwriter. Personally, what I love about her is that she makes R&B music that is both transcendent and multi-faceted. If you want to become a Hi Love believer, I highly recommend that you give her Cold Wind EP a shot. If you don’t have nineteen minutes to spare, at least check out one of the standouts from the album, “Queen & Slim,” below.

It is really hard to describe what I heard on “Queen & Slim,” but I will try. The song features an instrumental that blends old-school R&B vibes with new-school trap vibes, an enchanting vocal performance, poetic moments, and lyrics that will make you want to chase a love that is as real as it gets.

Hi Love’s style is so dope! She definitely has my antennas up now.
