JackBoy Calls On Russ For A Remix To “Own My Masters”

??? ?? ???????

Jackboy & Russ

??? ?????? (????????)

I saw a Russ and JackBoy collaboration coming from a mile away.

It makes all the sense in the world that JackBoy decided to call on Russ for a song called “Own My Masters,” as Russ is the poster boy for music independence. At the same time, I don’t expect the two rappers to be butt-buddies out of the studio. Whatever the case may be, I think that they both do their thing on the song.

Believe it or not, Russ and JackBoy both fit “Own My Masters” very well. Throughout the song, the two rappers are on the same page when it comes to gloating about their gangsta, rich, and playboy ways. While JackBoy sounds like a dude that is completely fine with being unchained, Russ comes across as more reserved and gentle. All in all, I like the chemistry that the two rappers show in the song.

Listen to the very solid “Own My Masters” below.
