Lil Nas X Returns With “MONTERO (Call Me By Your Name)”

??????? (???? ?? ?? ???? ????)

Lil Nas X

??? ?????? (????)

I don’t care who you are, you have to applaud Lil Nas X’s fearlessness.

If we all had a little bit of Lil Nas X in us, the world would be a better place! (OK, something about that sentence sounds weird) I appreciate his love for experimenting and how he lives life carefree. With that being said, “Montero (Call Me By Your Name)” is a daring blend of a myriad of sounds.

I just praised Lil Nas X a lot in the first two paragraphs, now I am going to criticize him a little… While “Montero (Call Me By Your Name)” is one of the spicier releases of the year, it’s also one of the plainest. I feel like X plays it very safe when it comes to his vocals and melodies in the song. What might blow you away is his lyrics about messing with people that are only elite, confident in themselves, and of course, jockeys!

Give “Montero (Call Me By Your Name)” a shot below (What a beautifully-confusing title for a song).
