“Awake” should resonate with every single person that survived 2020’s wrath.
AztroGrizz is a hip-hop duo that makes music that is riveting, impactful, and multifaceted. Fresh off their extremely solid album Journey 2 the Center of Our Worth, AztroGrizz decided to release the very powerful “Awake.”
So why do I think that “Awake” is powerful? For starters, the song features an instrumental that is beyond dramatic. From there, you get a very emotional vocal performance by Jon LeDuc, hard-hitting raps by Sterling Lewis, and lyrics by both men that will remind you to keep your head up whenever negativity enters your life. All in all, I can’t see a human being walking away from “Awake” not moved.
