Rising new artist Maya Wagner is a 20-year-old singer, songwriter, and producer from Central New Jersey. While songwriting has been a longtime passion of hers, Maya’s love for production wasn’t discovered until her freshman year of high school. Maya is passionate about using her music to showcase her LGBTQ identity and her experiences with mental illness. Her debut EP Closeted is set to release June 25th.

Maya’s pop ballad “Closeted” explores love, sexuality, and how society’s view of the LGBTQ+ community affects personal identity.
