Brock Cooper Radiates Positive Energy With “Light of Change”

Light of Change

Brock Cooper

RGM RATING (????????)

An uplifting alternative song with a heartwarming message.

Australian musical artist Brock Cooper is a singer and songwriter who credits his spiritual awakening as the positive force that helped him become sober after struggling for 15 years with a drug and alcohol addiction. Cooper is now fully focused on his musical pursuits and has released several singles in 2021, one of which is the inspirational alternative track “Light of Change.”

The song has a stripped-down, feel-good, and folksy sense to it that is truly engaging. “Light of Change” sticks to simple yet melodic instrumentals, with plenty of warm acoustic guitar, as Cooper’s vocals reflect on the struggles of being hurt emotionally and letting go of the rage that builds from feeling ignored. However, instead of focusing on emotional darkness, its message is to reject the negative thoughts and become the “Light of Change” that brings forth positive energy. Fans of alternative, indie-folk, and rock will love soaking up the positive vibes on Cooper’s uplifting single.
