Joyner Lucas & Lil Tjay Are On The Same Page In “Dreams Unfold”

Dreams Unfold

Joyner Lucas & Lil Tjay

RGM RATING (??????)

I saw a collaboration between Joyner Lucas and Lil Tjay coming from seven miles away.

I consider Joyner Lucas to be a top-notch rapper. What’s interesting about him is that he can easily go bar for bar with anyone, but he often chooses to experiment with different music styles. In “Dreams Unfold,” Joyner goes toe to toe with one of the biggest young guns in the game in Lil Tjay, completely adapting to his style.

Do you know why “Dreams Unfold” is a hit? Because it features the following things: a bouncy guitar-driven instrumental, dynamic flows, melodic raps, some mumbling, and lyrics that will resonate with stunters, heartbreakers, and quick-tempered folks. While plenty of y’all probably won’t love the fact that Joyner sounds like five different people in this song, at the end of the day, both he and Tjay put on a show that is hella entertaining.
