Tariq Lloyd is a recording artist, producer, and songwriter that definitely has superstar written all over him. Not only do I love his passion, but I also like how versatile he is. While I recommend that you listen to Tariq’s whole catalog (He has written and produced over 50 songs since 2019), if you only have a few minutes, go ahead and give his “Filling Stadiums” single a shot.
“Filling Stadiums” is about reaching your potential in life. Throughout the song, Tariq talks about filling stadiums (Duh) and taking advantage of every opportunity that gets thrown his way. While his passionate content is refreshing to listen to, at the end of the day, what I love most about the song is its 90s-Esque/Puff Daddy and the family-type beat and the way the Bronx-born musician switches between hard-hitting raps and infectious melodies throughout.
