RGM RATING (????????)

“PEW PEW” is a drill gem.

Nana Wiafe Asante-Mensah (aka Asem) is a highly-talented Ghanian hip-hop artist. What I like about him is that he has a great spirit and can spit bars with the best of them. Asem’s latest single is “PEW PEW,” an explosive drill banger.

The beat that powers “PEW PEW” is dark, but at the same time, has a nice bounce to it. Over the beat, Asem does a good job of hitting us with fierce deliveries, dynamic flows, and lyrics that effectively, humorously, and vibrantly illustrate Asem’s grandiose lifestyle. If you need a track to get a party poppin, I recommend that you press play on “PEW PEW.”

The hook to “PEW PEW” is so catchy.
