I wonder if A Boogie Wit Da Hoodie is someone that still moves the needle for music fans. I’ve noticed that his last couple of releases hasn’t gotten much love. The good news is this: A Boogie has been firing off songs nonetheless. Today, he decided to release a brand new track called “Hit Different” that features up-and-coming Bronx artist B Lovee.
Do you know what I like about the New York rappers of today? They are shoving drill music down our throats; “Hit Different” is yet another New York-based drill banger. The difference between “Hit Different” and other drill tracks is that the former features a smooth beat, powerful melodies, and somewhat hood romantic lyrics. Don’t worry, B Lovee does drop a hard-ass verse on the song.
