I Got The Bag

YoungBoy Never Broke Again

RGM RATING (??????????)

You might hear “I Got The Bag” on “The Last Slimeto.”

Last night, I watched a few NBA YoungBoy interviews on YouTube. My takeaway from every single one of them is that he really doesn’t give a f**k about what people think of him. With that being said, it makes perfect sense that NBA comes out with new music whenever he wants to, and switches between a murderous rapper and soulful singer whenever he wants to. In “I Got The Bag,” you get a good mix of the two music styles that NBA usually excels using.

So how would I describe ” I Got The Bag” to the world? As something slight. In the song, over a beat that has its moments in which it hits hard as hell and moments in which it boasts these emotional feels, NBA drops bars about his money-stacking, money-spending, womanizing, and thuggish ways. In the song, he relies on a chill rapping approach and very slight melodies. In other words, NBA definitely uses his inside voice here.

Give “I Got The Bag” a shot below.
