DaBaby’s name just can’t stay out of the news these days. Between DaniLeigh’s diss record that was released yesterday and his 2018 Wal-Mart incident being brought back up by whistle-blowers, I wonder how the North Carolina rapper has remained sane. Anywho, today, he made the news for something positive: His new single with Pooh Shiesty called “Bonnet” hit streaming services.
“BONNET” is powered by a bass booming, NES-ass beat. Over it, DaBaby and Pooh Shiesty hit us with big-boy raps that highlight their playboy, violent, and luxurious ways. While the former toys with all kinds of tricky-ass flows, the latter rawly and grungily lays his bars down. All in all, I like the chemistry between the two rappers.
