Tory Lanez has already proven that he can rap at a high level. Ever since I heard the lighthearted diss records that he sent Joyner Lucas’ way, I’ve been high on his MC skills. Tory has also proven that he can sing his ass off, too. In “Shot Clock Violations,” he once again meshes the two worlds together.

Tory Lanez raps and sings at a high level in “Shot Clock Violations.” Since the song is mainly about overcoming adversity, you get nothing but emotional vocals and hard-hitting raps out of him. Personally, I think the song is one that only underdogs can make.
