Kevin Gates Goes Off In “Intro”

Kevin Gates

Kevin Gates’s next album is going to be HARD AS S**T!

I feel like Kevin Gates is reporting live from another stratosphere right now. Like, the s**t that he’s saying and doing on social media has him looking and sounding like the wildest genius on this planet. Yesterday, I posted a track by Gates called “Super General (Freestyle)” in which he tackled a bunch of rumors about himself. Today, he decided to drop another track called “Intro” in which he continues to speak about his personal life fearlessly.

“Intro” is powered by this explosive beat that triggers the PTSD that I got from doing fire drills in elementary school. Over the beat, Kevin Gates raps ferociously about his Muslim faith, his drug-dealing ways from the past, and his fractured relationships. The way he plows through the song tells me that he had more than phlegm to get off his chest.

Y’all not going to like Kevin Gates when he’s angry, bro.
