I love me some Lizzo. In my personal life, I actually argue with people about her being one of the best lady musicians in the world today. I love Lizzo’s versatility, her creative mindset, and her voice. With that being said, let’s be honest: She is having a hard time trying to get a single to stick with folks as of late. Think about it: Lizzo’s song with Cardi B kind of came and went, right? Today, the lady trailblazer decided to release “Grrrls,” a track that I think will definitely resonate with people.

Lizzo is unguardable when you allow her to have fun on a track; “Grrrls” is a very fun track. The song is an uptempo gem that features roll calls, infectious melodies, daring vocals, and moments of empowerment that are severely needed. If Lizzo’s marketing team plays their cards right, this can end up being one of her most popular releases to date.
