Tems Recreates “No Woman, No Cry” For Black Panther 2

No Woman, No Cry

Tems

“No Woman, No Cry” is a classic Bob Marley track. What Tems was able to do on this renewed version of the track is add more passion to it with her signature strong vocals.

I can honestly say that the Black Panther soundtrack, which was backed by Kendrick Lamar, is one of the greatest soundtracks of all time. My only issue is that it doesn’t feature that many African artists. It looks like things will change for the Black Panther sequel. Today, “No Woman, No Cry,” a Tems-created single off the upcoming Black Panther 2 soundtrack, has hit streaming services.

If I were to guess, “No Woman, No Cry” will be played during a scene in which one of the characters on Black Panther is being cradled by a superhuman mother.
