SAINt JHN’s loosies have historically turned into major releases.

If you haven’t watched SAINt JHN’s interview with the I AM ATHLETE guys, I highly recommend that you do. In it, I feel like the New York rapper did a great job of opening up about everything going on in his life. That’s significant because he comes across as a reserved figure. It looks like JHN is down to keep his vulnerable side on the forefront because today he decided to drop the very touching “u laughed at me.”

“u laughed at me” is powered by a gentle, guitar-driven instrumental that does everything in its power to pull at heartstrings. Over it, SAINt JHN sings soulfully about the importance of being nurtured. The way he nimbly lays down his vocals will definitely have you feeling like your listening to the musical version of one of those pet commercials in which you’ll see a bunch of lonely-looking dogs staring at the camera (They always seemed to play those commercials during BET Uncut).

Talent-wise, not many can sit at SAINt JHN’s table.
