Birthday Song

Big K.R.I.T.

2023 is off to a very interesting start…

If you aren’t familiar with Big K.R.I.T.’s music catalog, I say that you’re both missing out and probably in the majority. While I think that he is a fantastic artist, I do not think that he is a household name. Some would say if K.R.I.T. made more ass-shaking music, more people would know who he is. K.R.I.T.’s new single, “Birthday Song,” is the ultimate ass-shaking song.

“Birthday Song” is “Nice For What” with fewer lyrics. The song, which clocks in at 1:55, is repetitive (In a good way), rowdy (In a Fatman Scoop way), and festive (In a ratchet way). While this may be the most un-K.R.I.T. song of all time, who cares, it’s someone’s birthday!
